How are plans billed?

Membership fees are billed based on membership category and renewal period. Sponsored memberships may be billed to a partner organization depending on sponsorship setup.

Do you offer a free trial?

If specific learning products include trials or promotional access, this will be clearly indicated during enrollment.

How do I get a refund?

To request a refund (where applicable), contact us at kbainstitute@kba.co.ke with your invoice reference.

Can I change my plan later?

If your membership category changes, the portal will guide you through any required steps and associated fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods depend on the configured payment providers (e.g., card, bank transfer, mobile money) and will be shown at checkout.

What happens when I downgrade my plan?

If your membership category changes, access and renewal terms will follow the rules for the new category.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can request voluntary cancellation through the portal. Access and retention rules depend on institute policies and applicable regulations.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

If CPD requirements or renewal deadlines are approaching, the portal will notify you and provide steps to remain compliant.

Can I have multiple workspaces on one plan?

Partner organizations can manage multiple sponsored staff members under their organization access, subject to configured limits and permissions.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

If discounts apply (e.g., annual billing or promotions), they will be clearly shown on the invoice before payment.
